INTRODUCITON
When the static charge happens at plastic goods, the plastic material and dirt or dust cling to
human bodies and the plastic bottles.
These static charge problems decrease the value of plastic material because the plastic bottles attract
dirt and dust .
Dust attracted to the surface of plastic bottles is often difficult to remove even with a clean cloth.
These electric charge is cause of the fire and many troubles in the process of injection molding and
extrusion molding such as BOPP film.
APPLICATION
The moisture from the surface of the plastic or in the air improves the conductivity of the electric
charge of plastic materials.
As CHEMS ES 1050 absorb the moisture from it, the electric charge doesn¡¯t occur in the plastic
mater ials.
The surface electric resistance of CHEMS ES 1050 is around 10 ~10 ohm.
