Physical properties.
CHEMS AO 100PP is an antioxidant master batch to improve the stabilization of PP, containing 11%
of a highly effective antioxidant agent.
It is based on Homo-Polypropylene.
CHEMS AO 100PP should be used when scrap film is reclaimed in order to avoid a too strong
Increase in Melt index and formation of black spots and yellow color.
The dosage of CHEMS AO 100PP depends on the processing temperature and the residence time of
the PP in the system.

Improvemen t of stabilization : 0.5 to 2 %
Extrusion of reprocessed material : 1.5 to 2 %
